As a result, now, when I look at a contact, I can't see the
events he or she has participated in, which is a significant
omission. We should be able
to add a contact as a participant in an event and have it show up
on their record regardless of when the event is added and whether
or not we use Zoho Mail to invite them.
I never use Zoho for email or
invitations, and I often put events and their participants into
Zoho after they have occurred. As things appear to be working now,
there is no way I can get an event to show up in a participating
contact's record.
This is very frustrating. Can
it be changed or fixed?
