Exact time of comment creation dissapeared

Exact time of comment creation dissapeared

Hello, we were used to exact time of comment were added to Lead, Contact or Account. After recent updates we see only day and month.

Is it possible to turn it on again as it was. Because it is important for us to know, when comment was added to system.
