Since this is fresh in my mind I wanted to post it immediately.
I was working with a lead. I was in the lead record and I start to LOG A CALL. My phone rings and I need to abort the call logging. I click on cancel.
The next screen I see is the View screen in the Activities module. I now have to go back to the Leads module, Locate the lead I was working on, and re-open that lead record.
When I CANCEL something Zoho should take me back to the previous screen/record/place I was at before.
What I would REALLY like to have is for ZCRM to make the log a call function be a pop-up instead of a dedicated screen. That way you can still see the details of the specific record you are working in. Using a pop-up will also eliminate the navigation issue I outlined above.
Also, clicking on a phone number should automatically open the Log A Call dialog box - or at least you should get a pop-up asking if you want to log a call.
