Hi there,
I tried to send a group email out to more than the limit of 100 per email (which I wasn't aware of) so got my account blocked...I unblocked it but as the email was still in my Outbox it tried to send again (or I did more likely by accident)
I've now exceeded the number of unblocks in a day and have been blocked for 24hrs...can you please undo this? I'm a small business and really need access!
