Excel Extraction from Zoho report

Excel Extraction from Zoho report

Hello,
 My company is located in France, licence baught through  US internet
 I can't extract  the amount  opportunities file from zoho to excel because the column are text instead of value which means I can't do dynamic excel analysis. I tried also with Open office extraction ( a bit better but still some crazy text into value fields)
I would like to share informations and experience with a French user of the zoho solution
