Hi,

I've just upgraded my account so I could have access to activesync and I am having difficulty getting it setup on my phone.

The error message is "Couldn't verify account. Couldn't connect to your account.  Check your account and server information, then try again."

I am confident that my account login and pwd are correct. As provided in the instructions referenced below I have just put my email in the Domain/username as I do not have domain mailhosting, and the activesync dialogue will not enable the signin button if it is left empty.

I've installed Zoho Mail Admin and enabled Activesync in the app as I found instructions here (couldn't locate anywhere the enable activesync in the control panel as described):

My phone is a Samsung Note 9 w android v10.

I know there are other ways to get my calendar and mail to be accessible on my phone but I really need my contacts to also sync and be accessible by my phone's dialer, text app, etc. and not have the difficulty of maintaining two contact lists across devices.

Might someone be able to provide some assistance.
