Exchange in OS X 10.7

Hi,

maybe there is already an answer and I'm sorry to ask this question again, but I didn't find it.
How can I setup iMail under OS X to use Zoho Mail (personal) with Exchange server (and sync emails, calendars and contacts)?
I have a "no answer" error from msync.zoho.com every time I try.
Have I to choose Exchange or Exchange IMAP?
