Exchange with Samsung devices not downloading full message
I have been using Zoho email for a couple of years with my Android phone. I use the Exchange active sync feature and use msync.zoho.com etc...
All of a sudden my emails
no longer display the full email message !! I only get about three lines and that's it!
I have THREE Zoho email accounts, and they are all doing the same thing.
It appears this is only with my Samsung devices (I have three: Galaxy S6, Note 10.1, Note 12.1) - I just added the exchange account to a generic tablet and the entire email appears!!! But on all three Samsung devices, the emails are truncated. And i did NOT change any settings, it just happened!
Please help! I run my business through email and can not continue this way.
