Even while using a Captcha on our lead forms, we get an exorbitant amount of spam daily. We need to understand why this is happening and how to prevent it. Also, while the Captcha is a viable option for reducing spam (in most cases) we do not like the challenge it can sometimes present to the user -- our business is built around making the signup process as easy as possible, any secondary steps have proven to reduce leads and conversions.
One of the more common ways to prevent spam is using honeypot fields, and this is the way we would like to go, but it appears you do not support this option. Firstly, why? And second, can we implement our own solution so that we're not locked into an arbitrary solution that isn't working for us?
