I export a csv file the days bookings into a spreadsheet, that I manipulate into a Gantt type printed page. This works quite well.
It gives us automatic count of the number of tables booked, the times they are booked and therefore shows peak periods in the day.
However we want to automatically add number of people, which is taken from Notes or our user fields.
However I have to manually go back and forth to get the "Notes" or our user added fields.
Can the Export function have expanded list of what is included in the columbs so that this information is able to be manipulated in the spreadsheet?

Am I missing a step in exporting the information? or need to adjust setting somewhere?
It works well, but would be amazing if this is possible.
