Expected Revenue

Hi Guys I posted this in an older post but it's still not been sorted by the moderators so I thought I would start a new post on this subject.

With my expected revenue I need to customize it almost case by case! Sometimes its a percentage which is also variable depending on sale price and sometimes it's an agreed amount so how can I set this up to adjustable to my needs?
