Hi,

I am wondering how to create in dashboards a KPI (number) which would reflect sum of amount of expected revenue for this month based on probability of each deal in sales pipeline.

The only number I am getting is either the sum of all amounts in the pipeline as if they were all expected to be won 100%, average or minimum- none of these numbers represent what I want to be shown.

Example:

I have two deals for 10 000, one at stage in pipeline of 10% and one at the stage of 30%, both closing this month.

What ZOHO can show me is that this month the expected revenue is 20 000.

What I want it to show me is that this month expected revenue is 4 000 (1000 + 3000 of expected revenue).
