Experience with Zoho Support?
I've been on Zoho for a few days only and so far have:
- Phoned them to follow up on the 4 pending requests and the first line couldn't find the first, couldn't answer the other three because we "need the zoho mail team" which is not reachable by phone (note the phone number appears in Zoho Mail's support page)
Please tell me my sub standard experience is an exception? How is Zoho's support overall working for you people?
