Experience with Zoho Support?

I've been on Zoho for a few days only and so far have:

- Raised a Support Request via the contact form at https://www.zoho.com/mail/contact.html on Sunday, no response after 5 days
- Raised three requests via email to support@eu.zohomail.com more than 24 hours ago and got no response
- Phoned them to follow up on the 4 pending requests and the first line couldn't find the first, couldn't answer the other three because we "need the zoho mail team" which is not reachable by phone (note the phone number appears in Zoho Mail's support page)

Please tell me my sub standard experience is an exception? How is Zoho's support overall working for you people?
