You'll no longer be able to hold session-related data older than a year in Zoho Assist. Please export all necessary information and download essential session recordings from Reports to avoid losing data.

You can export data from Reports as a CSV or PDF file by clicking Export as in the top right corner. To download the session recording, click Download beside the session whose recording you need to download.
