Export Attachments

We use the 'Free' version of Zoho CRM (and don't use Zoho Creator) - we would like to be able to export / create a file for each application that contains the attachments for each record in that app as well as the reference to which record they belong to. So, we'd like to be able to get a file for Opportunities that contains the .pdf, .zip, etc. files that belong to each Opportunity record. Is there any way to do this without having to download each attachment? Thanks!!
