Export Calendar Items to Google Calendar

I have setup Zoho to synchronize events with my Google Calendar.  However, the most frequent sync interval available is every 6 hours, which is far too slow, and no manual sync option seems to be available.  Given that sync is only available on paid editions, it should certainly be real-time, especially when most competing products offer real-time sync even in their free editions.  I also do not see any means at all of exporting or synchronizing tasks, even though the wiki claims that tasks can be exported.

At https://zohocrm.wiki.zoho.com/Exporting-Events-to-Google-Calendar.html, it lists the procedure for exporting events manually to my calendar, but when following the directions given there, no option to "Export to Google Calendar" actually appears; the only action it gives me is "Mass Update." Has this feature been removed?

So far I have not found any way to QUICKLY get events or tasks (at all) onto my Google Calendar so that I can sync them with my phone.  This is particularly important because the iPhone app has no way of creating alarms for these events itself.  Zoho CRM is a great product, but without better mobile implementation and integration with cloud services like Google, it is really inadequate for my needs and certainly doesn't compete well with other CRM solutions that offer much stronger synchronization capabilities.
