How can I export my Contacts WITH their associated Company/Account included.

The monthly Data Backup exports Contacts and Accounts as separate spreadsheets.  I need the Company/Account field included in the Contacts sheet.

eg. the exported spreadsheet would include...

First Name | Last Name | Company | Email | City | Country | etc....

Any ideas?
