Export CRM data from Custom Section

Export CRM data from Custom Section

So we created a custom section in the "Accounts" module with custom fields.  We are considering upgrading to the Enterprise Edition of CRM, where we would have 5 custom apps.  Would it be possible to Export the data we have in the custom section within Accounts module to a new custom app?
