Export Data Instructions

I am reviewing this product for the publisher of our magazine and cannot find instructions either in the manual or website for how to later export one's data once it has been imported and subsequently compiled. I checked the forum as well and there seems to be no good answers listed to this question -- maybe they were answered privately. It seems like a basic task that one would want to know before using your software and forgive me if the link is someplace obvious I just didn't think about. Please send me the link to the instructions. Thank you.
