I am doing a mass lead update - I would like to use the Record ID (Lead ID) as the record identifier so that I can append values to a new field. I do NOT want to map by email as I do not have complete email data and I expect that this will create duplicates.
How can I use Record ID as the only mandatory field? Essentially I want to overwrite using two filds - record ID and one other field with appended data. That should be possible but I don't see how to do this - neither do I see an ability to even map the LeadID or Record ID when doing an import. It should be simple to map by record ID only and add data to one field.
Can anyone assist?
