Export-Import problem

For our company we need to make Reports on a daily basis and export the results for a debt collection agency. Once the Debt Collection agency delivers the data back we need to import it with overwrite option so the appropriate fields get updated.

Now while testing i have noticed some very big problems:

The contact ID which is used to detect duplicates to be overwritten cannot be exported as a column in the Report section. I know it's possible to use e-mail addresses as well but sometimes a customer doesn't have an e-mail address or the adress is corrected in the proces.
In the Report section for some reason you can only select Contact Name as a column but when importing the data it asks for Last Name and First Name as separate fields. So i think it would be nice to be able to export Last Name and First Name fields?
I have noticed when importing workflow rules are NOT triggered. Is this intentional? Because this is a huge dissapointment. I had lots of rules that should trigger upon field changes but it seems this only works when the fields are changed manually and not by import.

I hope someone can help me with work arounds or better yet change the system so these issues can function in mentioned ways.
