I can only export my account in CVS comma separated format, Since my CRM have some Arabic data, all fields filled with Arabic are not appear correctly, somehow using another Zoho product like recruitment, I can export the report as Excel file (.xlsx). and Arabic data appearing well! Kindly could you advice me on that ?
