Please kindly build an option where we can choose what kind of export we want for our Leads/Accounts. iso 8859 1 is a very old charset. If you could use UTF-8 (UTF-16) it would save us all alot.

We have to move our data between our ERP and sometimes in the description of the lead there is a comma found and messes up all our customer tables.
