Export Leads

Export Leads

We have a new salesperson who entered a lot of "Contacts" as "Leads". We want to export the selected "Leads" and reimport them as "Contacts" Your online manual says the is an option under "Lead Tools" but I don't see it.

Leads Home Page

Click the Leads tab to view the Leads Home page and perform the following operations

  • Use the Lead Tools option to perform some common operations such as mass transfer, mass delete, set up assignment rules, export leads, etc.
Can you provide any direction please?
