Hello!

From CRM, I can create a Zoho Writer document as a template for mail merge. This document can be saved in different formats, like PDF, Word, etc.

When I do a mail merge operation, the document gets opened, and then I can preview the merged result. However, this merged result can only be downloaded in PDF.

Is there any option to download a mail merge document from Writer in an editable format? We would like that in order to add contact photos, translate fields, merge with other documents, etc.
