Export of the data base into Excel

Export of the data base into Excel

I am using the FREE version of ZoHo and want to export my data into an Excel DB. This function is limited to 1000 contacts but there seems to be an option by first doing a Data backup. This Backup costs 10 Dollar. I tried it several times with different browser and credit cards but it does not work. 

Does anyone has an idea what to do?
