Export PDF for printing

Printing from the print icon is pretty limiting. The Export PDF option is formatted correctly and includes the highlighting and colors I originally set in Excel. When I export though, I am not able to find a way to export a single sheet to PDF. In addition when I share the sheet, the person I share it with does not see the export icon. Printing with PDF is a greatly improved priting option for Zoho. Any awy to make these changes so that anyone can export a single sheet to PDF?
