When I send a quote the customer is given a quote number and the option to book with a link to the booking form.
Currently my booking form is created in Jotform which offers integration with Zoho CRM very easily to export data nto the CRM as a lead.

What I'd like to happen is for a customer to go to the booking form and enter their quote number into field.  Upon submitting or entering the quote number, the data from the relevant quote (in Zoho CRM) is populated into the mapped fields on the form allowing the customer to save time filling out the form and only having to answer one or two additional questions before submitting the form.  The form would then come back to Zoho CRM as a Lead.

Is this possible and if so is there anyone who can help me create this?  I've looked at the API options and as I know very little about such things it's been a struggle to even understand the basics without investing hours and possibly days of my time (which I would prefer not to have to do).

I have also made a suggestion to Jotform to offer this option so with any luck they will work something out with Zoho?
