Export Ticket information
Hello,
I am wondering if there is a way to export ticket data to an excel/word/pdf document? It would be very convenient, if when the ticket is closed, to be able to press a button and send the:
- ticket number
- ticket problem
- ticket resolution
- ticket client
- etc.
to a pre-built template so that it could then be saved and emailed to a client and kept as reference.
Is the possible? Is there a module that could be used?
