Export ZOHO data in Excel 2010 (Backup)

Hi,
I would like to export my data for backup purpose from Zoho into Excel 2013. I download the data in a CSV format first and followed the instruction for converting a CSV file into an XLS document.

When I open the CSV with Excel, all Data in the first column is separated by commas. See example of the headline below.

Account Id,"Account Owner","Account Owner Id",Rating,"Account Name",Phone,"Account Site",Fax,"Parent Account","Parent Account Id",Website,"Account Number","Ticker Symbol","Account Type",Ownership,Industry,Employees,"Annual Revenue","SIC Code","Created By","Created By Id","Modified By","Modified By Id","Created Time","Modified Time","Billing Street","Shipping Street","Billing City","Shipping City","Billing Province","Shipping Province","Billing Code","Shipping Code","Billing Country","Shipping Country",Description,"Last Activity Time"

Now I want to convert this data so that it is separated into all the different columns. I tried every setting in the conversion process, but I wasn't successfull. The data in the target format (XLS) ends up always in column 1 although it should be separated.

Does anyone have an idea how this can be done?
