exporting account information associated with CONTACTS

I am trying to export my contacts to a spreadsheet so that I can share it with a third party that provides our company with Net Promoter Scoring for customer service.  The export view for contacts doesn't provide company address or any options for custom fields for this report. I remember seeing this posted 4 years ago and can't understand why the contacts address can't be included in an export report. Couldn't find anything in the CRM help center.
