Exporting csv data in unicode

While trying to export my data in Hebrew to a csv file i only get sort of unsupported symbols:
"׳׳§׳•׳— ׳§׳™׳™׳" an so on.

Is it possible that you don't support unicode?
Is there any workaround to exporting my data?
