Exporting from Maximizer Enterprise to ZOHO
Having difficulty! I have created an export file in csv format and have matched the categories and still I get message that no importation into Zoho has taken place . There are about 8000 customer accounts; about 140000 contacts, etc. Here is the 'import report' as was e-mailed to me:'
Imported File Name : Accounts to ZOHO.csv
No. of Records added : 0
No. of Records updated : 0
No. of Records ignored : 32
(Reason: Due to empty values for any of the mandatory fields)"
I have used Maximizer for several years and would like to establish a 'cloud' CRM instead. Anyone have a solution? THANKS
