Can anyone pls help me how to solve the following problem:

At each customer I have a "description" field (with long text)

The text is with LINE BREAKS. And this is the problem.

Because when exporting - due to line breaks - this text is listed into different rows (altough it should stay in the same row with the zoho_id)

And therefore when converting to excel file  each line break gives a new record.

How can I avoid this??
