Why isn't it an option to export leads, contacts etc. into excel documents as opposed to 'Zoho Sheet View' which is no use to anyone, especially with documents that contain more than 100 contacts which is pretty much most documents.
The copying and pasting of Zoho Sheet View into an Excel Document is highly tedious and I'm not sure why this feature hasn't been added yet? It seems the standard of most CRMs, no?
