Exporting the records from the Zoho CRM iOS app to the mobile device

Have you've heard of the idiom 'At your finger tips'? Well this is one example wherein you can quickly export the Lead or Contact records to the mobile device's address book and also as a .vcf file to the mobile device and other apps. Doing so, you can share records with your colleagues as well.

 

To export the Lead/ Contact records from the CRM mobile app, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Zoho CRM mobile app.
  2. Go to the Leads/ Contacts modules.
  3. Tap and hold the record which you would like to export/ share.
  4. Select the other preferred records from the list.
  5. After selecting the records, please open the address book (Phone contacts) to export the contacts. You can also export the contacts to Files app or if you would like to share it with other colleagues then open the respective app (Eg: Messages, WhatsApp etc.)

Note: Please tap and hold the records till you share/ export it outside the CRM mobile app. Also the records that are exported will be saved in .vcf format (Business cards).
