I really need to get some filtered data from ZOHO activities into Excel.
This are the filters I applied, under the Activities tab:
1. Activity Owner is:
- Status is Not Started
- Created Time is between 1st of the month and last day of the month
- Subject doesn't contain GROUPS
For the month of February, I have 132 activities that are not started (which to my understanding means not completed).
When I try to export those records, I don't seem to be able to. All of the options I see discuss things such as "Mass Transfer" and "Mass Delete" which I obviously don't want to do.
I have tried copying and pasting from ZOHO into excel, but for this specific Activities section, Excel won't keep the formatting and it's messy.
Any ideas on what do I need to do to get this data into Excel?
