Hi there, 

I'm trying to add some source information for deals.  The first attachment is a screenshot of a category of fields I have created for source information in the layouts and fields editor.

The problem is, none of these fields actually appear in the deals tab.  Instead, only the first, lead source, appears, and beside it is a lock icon.  The second attachment is a screenshot of this problem.

I have no idea why this is happening or how to circumvent the lock.  If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.
