I chose Zoho CRM over your competitors for many good, valid reasons.  Those reasons remain good and valid.

That said, I must admit, this feature of Salesforce is pretty awesome:   

I would love if this somehow gets added to Zoho CRM, perhaps as a Zoho CRM plugin or Zoho App.
