I am an Enterprise Plan user. I am trying to associate the Facebook ID of a Lead (in Lead Module) by the social hub. However, although I have tried to search both the (1)Shown Name and (2) the Facebook ID and (3) the FB Registered Email of that Lead inside the Social Hub in Zoho CRM, I can never find the exact right person (although lots of options had been showed by no one is the correct one.

I wonder what and where should I insert inside the Social Hub so that I can search the exact person by inserting his/her Facebook ID?
