Failed service pack installation
I tried to update our VO 3.1 installation with service pack 3 this morning. The installation completed successfully but VO would not run after the installation. So, I ended up uninstalling the service pack and rebooting the server. Everything is now working again. I tried, once again, to apply service pack 3 but now I get an error when the installation gets to 98% complete, it errors out and proceeds to uninstall.
Would it be possible to install version 3.2 directly over 3.1 to avoid the service pack installation and stll maintain all of the users & data?
