Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "XXX@YYY.ZZ" using 2 possible authenticators

I'm trying to send e-mail via SMTP from prostaShop 1.7.0.0 and got this message: "Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username " XXX@YYY.ZZ" using 2 possible authenticators". Is Zoho blocking some connections?
