As an integrator, we are synchronizing products and sales orders between an e-commerce site (PrestaShop) and a ZohoCRM account. We encountered a "
Number of products for the record has exceeded the limit " error (ZohoCRM API code for the error is 4489) when attempting to insert a sales order which had 177 products.
- what is the actual maximum number of products that a sales order can embed?
- is there a way of removing this limit? Or to make it a little bit higher, please?
