I am using the Gmail to Zoho CRM plug-in, which allows me to add contacts directly from Gmail. I have also been able to access all of my Gmail email from within the Zoho CRM Email tab...this was enabled when I purchased this option.
The great thing about this is that now I can see all the emails received from a contact while viewing their record, and if I use the 'send email' button within the record, then any emails I send to the contact will also show up there too.
But, for a number of reasons, I would like to be able to send an email to a contact form another location, say for example GMail, or from an application that automatically sends out emails to contacts...but how can I also get these 'sent emails' to appear against the contact record.
Is there a bcc email address that I can use, or something like that that will allow the sent email to be picked up by the CRM?
