False MX notification and 135.84.80.240 in DNSBL [Resolved]

Hello,
I have receiving email every day about wrong MX for domain fh-audit.in.ua but them fine:
The current MX records with the priority are:

The valid MX records to receive emails in Zoho Mail are:

On next day I write letter to support but I cant receive letter on my own hosted mail server because I see in logs that host [135.84.80.240] blocked using all.s5h.net with helo=<sender-co9.zoho.com>
