False Notifications iOS Zoho Mail App

My Zoho mail app for iOS is sending a notification for the same deleted email every 1-5 minutes. I've logged out and logged back in, deleted and reinstalled the app and still the same problem. I've had the app for over a year and have had this problem occasionally, but never this bad. Please any tips for how to make it stop?!
