Hello All,

This is a set of quick help for users who got access to the new version (beta) of Zoho Support. Based on most asked queries we received from our users, I have put together some basic FAQs that will come in handy to everyone.

3. Loading Issues

If you happen to notice that Zoho Support page keeps loading for a long time with the three bouncing dots. Then try the following workaround.

- Access the below URL, make sure to replace the word <PORTALNAME> with your Zoho Support portal name.
- https://support.zoho.com/support/<PORTALNAME>/SetupPageLayout.do
- Go to "My Information" 
- Just save the setting once. 

4. Conversation and Comments : 

To view the threads and comments in separate tabs. 




5. Reply, Reply All, Forward

Locate these buttons within the reply editor. 



6. Attachments & History Tab :




7. Starred Views and Total count. :

How to favorite your ticket views and way to find the total ticket count. 




8. Reorder your favorite views :

(Right Click on the Starred Views label)




9. Add a New Contact (Within Accounts) :

To add a new contact within Accounts detailed view page.
