We are here, with yet another exciting enhancement in today's post.

The Zoho Desk's integration lets you sync data from Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM, into a single interface, thereby allowing the support teams to address the tickets right from their CRM accounts.

This integration has got a bunch of upgrades. Let's take a quick look at them:

Integrate Desk and CRM using portal details
In the enhanced version, the integration can be facilitated not just by the administrator but also by the Desk users via creating portals or using other Desk user's portal details.

Invite CRM users to a Desk account
Assign permission to CRM users based on which they can perform actions such as comment, respond, forward or assign tickets.

Sync CRM modules with Desk 
Allow a seamless flow of information from Accounts and Contacts modules in CRM to Desk. Data can be synchronized in one way or two ways.

Select modules that will display tickets in Related List
Earlier you were able to view the ticket details in the related list of Leads, Accounts and Contacts modules. But now, you can choose other modules to display the support tickets within the record's related list. The support team will be able to respond, view, or comment on the ticket from the respective record.

Create support tickets inside CRM
Users could only view the tickets under the selected modules, however now they can create tickets right from their CRM accounts.

Associate Tickets to Deals
Quick resolution of tickets can help in closing deals faster. So, you can now prioritize a ticket by associating it to a deal.

View Customer Service Statistics
Get customer ratings and a brief overview of each ticket displayed in your CRM account. A support team can view the total number of tickets, overdue tickets, average response, resolution time and customer ratings for each ticket.

Find ticket notifications in SalesSignal
You can now get ticket notifications in SaleSignals. User can view ticket details like, new ratings by customers or leads, new responses to any ticket or overdue and escalated ticket under SalesSignal and take instant actions.
