Feature Request: Ability to Set a Custom List View as Default for All Users
Dear Zoho CRM Support Team,
We would like to request a new feature in Zoho CRM regarding List Views. Currently, each user has to manually select or favorite a custom list view in order to make it their default. However, as administrators, we would like the ability to define and set a specific Custom List View as the default view for all users in a module.
We understand that for Detail Views and Form Views, Zoho CRM already allows administrators to configure which layouts are visible to users based on their profile. This flexibility is very valuable for maintaining consistency across the organization. We believe having a similar option for List Views would provide the same benefits: consistency, simplified onboarding, and reduced manual steps for end users.
Could you please let us know if this functionality is already on your roadmap, or if it could be considered for a future enhancement?
