When sending an email message to multiple recipients Bcc Dropbox appends that message to the Zoho CRM Lead / Contact record of the first recipient in the To: field only. I would like to request an enhancement so that the message is appended to the corresponding record of EVERY recipient in the To: field.
It is common to send email messages to multiple people within an organisation. You want that message captured within the Lead / Contact records for each recipient. This would be a valuable enhancement to BCC Dropbox, which is otherwise a great feature.
